Arabic Letters Technology program is a work protected by the copyright owned by the Arabic Letters Technology Company and / or its suppliers. The use of the program is subject to the terms of the End User License Agreement, which is attached to or included with the software (“License Agreement”). The user will not be able to install any software that is attached to or included with the “License Agreement” if he does not first agree on the terms of the “License Agreement”.

The program shall be available for download by end users only according to the “License Agreement”. Law clearly prohibits any reproduction or distribution of the program inconsistently with the “License Agreement”. Such reproduction or distribution may lead to severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. 

Without limiting the foregoing, it is clearly prohibited to copy or reproduce the program to any server or other location in order to reproduce or distribute it unless such reproduction or distribution is explicitly allowed in the License Agreement accompanying the software.

“The provision of a guarantee for the program shall be in accordance with the terms of the License Agreement only.” If the software is not guaranteed in the License Agreement, the Arabic Letters Technology Company disclaims all warranties and conditions regarding the adequacy of the program for a specific purpose and scope and for a certain degree of legal validity, including all warranties and conditions of marketing and sale, whether it is explicitly or implicitly indicated or provided for.
